Great Smoky Mountains National Park
This is the nation's most visited national park.
The map is located on the second page. We are located on the western side of the park on School House Gap Trail, just to the right of Cades Cove at about the intersection between C 4 and D 4 (under the Townsend Visitors Center). The horse trails are indicated by small dotted lines.
Townsend is a small town nestled in a quiet valley. It is one of the entrances into the park.
Located apporximately 30-45 minutes away, Pigeon Forge offers shopping, restaurants, and family entertainment.
Located approximately 40 minutes away, Gatlinburg also offers shopping, restaurants, and family entertainment. The main Park Visitor's Center is located here.
Harvey Bowling offers guide service and overnight packing services in the area.
If you would like a group photo or keepsake of your trip, Mary Grace is an excellent local photographer who will come to Orchard Cove for your photograph.
